September Full Moon Live Group Meditation

Please join me for a Live Group Meditation on the September Full Moon. It’s a Supermoon!

I had originally thought of holding these group meditations at the beginning of each month, but working with the energy of the full moon feels more aligned. After all, the wild doesn’t care about months anyway.

This Supermoon is already feeling very charged. There is a lot going on for everyone right now. The hustle of summer has come to a grinding halt. The bustle of harvest season is upon us and we are counting down the days that seem to pass like minutes til the end of the year.

So let’s come together, with the support of the powerful moon and the presence of the horses, and ground ourselves into the steadiness of the energy we wish to be in as we enter our final quarter, and let the energy that is no longer serving us fall away, like the leaves will be doing soon.

Here is the rhythm we will flow with:

We will begin with a short message/story/reminder from the horses. Through the days before I will be feeling into the energy when I am with them and listening to any whispers of guidance surrounding this powerful Supermoon portal.

I will then guide us through a meditation including visuals and breathwork but also plenty of space and silence.

We will close with a mantra and a journaling question for you to sink into later.

Please Note: This is a group meditation but it does not have to be “groupy.” You do not need to have your camera on. You do not need to speak. You are welcome to be silently present.
